Cacaotale Process
We start by handpicking cacao from farmers in Sigi. The beans go through careful sorting, then a 7-day fermentation to bring out their best flavor. After that, we sun-dry them in our solar dome. Every step is done with care, using natural methods and local wisdom—to bring you cacao that’s pure, honest, and full of story.

The Fermentation Post-Harvest Process
In Cacaotale, our fermentation process is carefully controlled to develop the rich flavors of cacao. The beans are stored in wooden boxes, with temperature checks and regular stirring, ensuring even fermentation. After several days of gradual movement between boxes, the beans are split, observed for quality, and then sun-dried to perfection, preserving their natural aroma and depth of flavor.
