Our journey is rooted in a passion for preserving quality, maintaining a sustainable process, and embracing a harmony-driven approach to cacao processing. We are more than just a cacao trading company; we are custodians of a centuries-old tradition, working hand in hand with local farmers to bring out the finest flavors nature has to offer.

At Cacaotale, we are more than just a cacao trading company; we are a passionate advocate for sustainability and local wisdom.

Nestled in one of Indonesia’s most beautiful remote areas, our journey begins with a deep respect for the communities and the environment that sustain us.

Before entering the fermentation process, We sort the harvested fruit and enter the fruit breaking stage first, until wet beans are produced which We will then sort again in the pre-fermentation stage.

At the fermentation stage, We ensure that all selected cocoa beans have their temperature gradually measured before being transferred to the box. We also ensure that all selected wet cocoa beans have gone through an accurate observation stage, resulting in quality dry cocoa beans. After the fermentation process is finished, the cocoa beans will be dried in the sun.

We only select the best cocoa beans to package and ship to you.
